What this is

The Ops Console is a private, internal tool used only by authorized team members of The eCom Show. It is not a consumer product and is not open to public sign-up. Access is limited to an allowlist of @theecomshow.com accounts.

Data we access

  • Google account (sign-in): your name, email address, and Workspace domain, used solely to authenticate you and confirm you are on the team allowlist.
  • YouTube Data & Analytics: aggregate channel and video performance metrics (views, watch time, subscribers, retention) for the channel our team owns and operates. This is authorized once by the channel owner and used only to generate internal performance summaries.
  • Instagram insights: aggregate account and media metrics (reach, profile views, followers, saves, plays, comments) for the business account our team owns.

How we use it

Metrics are stored as internal daily snapshots and used exclusively to produce analytics summaries and answer questions from our own team inside this console. We do not sell, share, or transfer this data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google API Services — Limited Use

The Ops Console's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the internal analytics features described above and is never transferred to others except as required for those features, to comply with law, or as part of a merger with adequate notice.

Storage & retention

Data is stored in our private Supabase (Postgres) database with row-level security and access controls. API tokens are held as server-side secrets and are never exposed to the browser. We retain snapshots for as long as they are useful for trend analysis and remove them on request.
